Version of 4 Aug 2026.
These rules describe what must not be done in UltraBot. They form part of the public offer, and breaking them is grounds for suspending access.
Do not use the Service for unlawful content, incitement to violence or hatred, sexual content involving minors, sale of drugs, weapons or forged documents, fraud and pyramid schemes, malware or phishing, or infringement of intellectual property.
Do not message people who did not agree to receive messages. Do not upload contact lists scraped from public sources or bought from third parties. Every marketing message must let the recipient opt out. Messaging platforms enforce their own limits and may block your bot or personal account independently of us.
Do not exceed your plan limits through automated API calls, do not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, do not attempt to access other users data, and do not probe the Service for vulnerabilities without prior written agreement. Report anything you find to info@ultrabot.work.
Licensed activities (medicine, financial services, education) are allowed only if you hold the required permits. Esoteric and fortune-telling services are high-risk for payment providers and require prior agreement; the payment provider may refuse service regardless of our decision.
We notify you of a breach and give you time to fix it. Gross breaches that endanger third parties or the Service may lead to immediate suspension with notice afterwards. No refund is due for a period suspended because of a breach. You may appeal to info@ultrabot.work; we answer within 5 business days.
