These Terms of Use govern how you use the UltraBot cloud chatbot builder (the "Service"). By registering or using the Service you accept these Terms. Commercial terms (plans, payment) are set out in the public offer.
Service — the UltraBot software available at ultrabot.work and app.ultrabot.work. User — a person who uses the Service. Account — the set of the User's data for authentication and access.
The User provides accurate data and keeps access credentials confidential. The User is responsible for all actions performed under their account.
It is prohibited to use the Service for spam, unlawful content, deceiving users, distributing malware, or violating the rights of third parties or messenger platform rules. The Operator may restrict or suspend access in case of violation.
The User is solely responsible for bots, texts, mailings and any content they create, and for obtaining the consents required to process their subscribers' data.
Rights to the Service, its code and design belong to the Operator. The User is granted a non-exclusive right to use the Service within the chosen plan.
The Service is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for lost profit or for interruptions beyond its control.
The Operator may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the site. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
