This document is a public offer to provide access to UltraBot โ a cloud chatbot builder.
Service โ the UltraBot software available at ultrabot.work. User โ a person who has registered in the Service.
The Provider grants the User access to the Service features under the terms of the chosen plan. The feature set of each plan is published on the "Pricing" page.
Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis (monthly). Payment is made online through a payment provider. The service is deemed rendered once access is granted.
The User agrees not to use the Service for spam or unlawful content. The Provider may suspend access in case of violation.
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for the User's lost profit.
