Version of 4 Aug 2026.
These terms govern how we process personal data of your bot subscribers on your behalf. They form part of the public offer.
For the personal data of people who talk to your bots, you are the controller and we are the processor. You decide why and what is collected, obtain the necessary consents and answer to those people. We process that data only to run the Service and never for our own purposes.
We collect, record, store, use, transmit to the channels and integrations you connected, erase and destroy subscriber data — for one purpose only: making your bots work (delivering and receiving messages, keeping conversation history, segmentation and broadcasts, accepting payments in your favour).
Keep the data confidential; apply access control, transport encryption, backups and access logging; never use subscriber data for our own purposes, including model training or resale; help you answer data-subject requests and give you self-service export and deletion; notify you of security incidents without undue delay; delete the data on your command or when your account is deleted.
Have a lawful basis for collecting subscriber data and obtain consents where required; inform subscribers that a processor is involved; do not place special categories of data in the Service without your own legal assessment; comply with marketing law when sending broadcasts.
We may engage infrastructure, payment and email providers under obligations no less strict than these. Messaging platforms, AI model providers and external integrations are connected by your decision; sending data to them is execution of your instruction.
Subscriber data is stored in the same infrastructure as your own account data. Its actual location and any cross-border transfer are disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
We are liable to you for breaching these terms. Towards the data subjects the controller — you — remains liable.
